Wetsuits and skins. Tow float mandatory.


Course Description

In this session we will swim out, to start with, in the direction of Willie T (the big yellow buoy) and later in the season to the Tower. I will be in my kayak. Of course, safety comes first and if the water and weather demands it we will stay closer to shore. I'll have a look at your stroke as well and might give you some extra work with the occasional drill to improve your swimming. You should be comfortable to swim out of your depth and to swim 500m of more or less continuous front crawl. We are in the water around 30-40 min, depending on tide and weather.
