Training for 5k

For swimmers who are comfortable out of their depth and have previously swum a 3k in open water.


Course Description

In this session I will be on the water in my trusted kayak Green Gertie. This session is training you to swim 5k comfortably. We will start slowly and build up through the season as a group. I will go back and forth in between swimmers to check on you and give stroke advice. Tow float and bright swim cap mandatory.
